Oral arguments in Dr. Dhafir’s appeal will be heard on Thursday, August 28th, 2008, at 10 a.m., at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City.

We will not know until the week before the arguments which three judges will sit on the panel. A decision will not be taken from the bench on that day, but will be given some months later.
