We are still awaiting news of a resentencing date for Dr. Dhafir, so there is still time to write to district court Judge Mordue to ask for clemency.  All letters should be sent to Dr. Dhafir’s lawyer as he will submit them all together with a cover letter to Judge Mordue.  Instructions on how to write the most effective letter can be found here, and examples of letters others have written are here.  This is Dr. Dhafir’s best hope of relief for a long time to come, so please take some time to write this very important letter; it could mean the difference between Dr. Dhafir living out his life in prison, or having some time at home with his family.
