I’m traveling right now so not updating my website as often as I normally do. My husband let me know that two recent letters from me to Dr. Dhafir have been returned, most likely as a consequence of being in the Communication Management Unit (see articles below). Please write to Dr. Dhafir and let him know that he is not forgotten and that his humanitarian work, sending aid to starving Iraqi civilians during the brutal embargo on that country, is much appreciated: Rafil Dhafir, 11921-052, FCI Terre Haute, Indiana 47808.

Hello Katherine,
Someone from Dr. Dhafir’s support group contacted me in January about him. As I told him, we are happy to help in any way we can.
I have been contacted by a human rights group in Champaign-Urbana, Il. who are interested in doing a demonstration or something in Terre Haute. I told them we would help them as well.
