		<description>It&#039;s so obvious that Medicare has been harassing Dr. Dhafir&#039;s practice, and he has talked back to them. I can&#039;t believe he&#039;s being accused of fraud because he does what anyone with two kinds of insurance does: put in for the primary insurance, and then, when it&#039;s refused, go to the secondary. Anyone who&#039;s on Medicare and Medicaid does this routinely. Occasionally there are problems, but if you call up the provider and explain, they just resubmit the bill. No problem! No indictment!
